
Matt Neff
R. Matthew Neff is an entrepreneur, investor, lawyer, and expert on strategy development. After practicing law for 12 years, Matt became the Deputy to the Chairman of the Federal Housing Finance Board, the governor and regulator of the Federal Home Loan Bank System. He has since founded three companies: an insurance acquisition firm, a healthcare finance firm, and a venture capital firm. Matt also served as the Chairman and President of the American Institute of Toxicology, Inc., d/b/a AIT Labs. He is currently Of Counsel to the law firm of Bingham Greenebaum & Doll, LLP, and serves on multiple boards of directors.

Michael Potts
Michael Potts is Managing Partner of Advance Wave Partners, a boutique investment firm focusing on technology that accelerates human growth and learning. Previously, Michael was CEO and president of Rocky Mountain Institute, a Colorado-based “think-and-do tank” dedicated to speed our shift to a new energy economy and address general audiences about transforming the way we source and use energy. He was also CEO of American Fundware, then a Colorado-based software maker for non-profit and government clients, until it was acquired by Intuit.

Tom Hartland
Tom Hartland is the founder, a director and the former CEO of Hartland & Co. Established 29 years ago, Hartland is among the largest, independent institutional and private wealth investment advisors in the mid-west serving institutional and individual clients nationwide. Tom was instrumental in building the Hartland brand and establishing a longstanding list of corporate clients. He also recruited a diverse and dynamic outside Board of Directors comprised of some of Cleveland’s most accomplished business leaders.
