Ariel Marbury is an Associate with Evolution Capital Partners, a micro-buyout fund investing nationwide in established small businesses. She is dedicated to high-level project management, process improvement, and operational excellence. As a collaborative and innovative leader, she brings deep expertise in strategic planning, project workflow design, technology, and communications. She harnesses the ability to nimbly guide internal teams and stakeholders through complex challenges and architect transformational solutions designed to scale for business.
In addition, Ariel is President of Swift360 Solutions, LLC, a project management consulting firm dedicated to helping small businesses achieve and optimize project success and performance outcomes. Ariel launched her career with Cuyahoga County creating and evaluating community programs and initiatives and then joined OverDrive Inc., where she catalyzed the creation of new app technology for high-priority clientele.
Ariel earned her M.P.A. in International Public Management and Data Analysis from DePaul University. She received her B.A. in International Business from Baldwin Wallace University and notably studied at the Beijing Foreign Affairs University in Beijing, China. In addition, she acquired an A.S. in Computer Programming and Development. Ariel holds multiple certifications, including a Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and she is a certified Project Management Professional.
Ariel is a dedicated community citizen. She is the Founder of Branch and Blossom Together, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting underrepresented communities. Ariel currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Global Ambassadors Language Academy. Ariel calls Cleveland home with her family.
